Hola comunidad de scorum mi nombre es Raquel Ramirez, estoy recién graduada de Ingeniería Ambiental, soy venezolana y si; aun vivo en #Venezuela , me gusta mucho viajar a través de mi país, por lo que seguramente estaré posteando entradas referentes a viajes que he realizado, soy una persona muy critica y siempre estoy al día con las noticias de lo que sucede a mi alrededor y en el mundo, pero primordialmente me he encargado a través de blogs de mostrar la realidad en mi país, lo que realmente sucede y lo que vive día a día el venezolano.
English: Hello community of scorum my name is Raquel Ramirez, I am recently graduated from Environmental Engineering, I am Venezuelan and yes; I still live in #Venezuela, I like traveling a lot through my country, so I will probably be posting entries about trips I've made, I'm a very critical person and I'm always up to date with the news of what happens around me and in the world, but primarily I have been commissioned through blogs to show the reality in my country, what really happens and what the Venezuelan lives every day.
Desde pequeña he aprendido el amor por lo que nos rodea, por esto escogí mi carrera porque siempre existe la posibilidad de hacer mejor el mundo, soy una persona que siempre tiene algo que decir; pero que también dedica su tiempo a leer y escuchar para tener una perspectiva objetiva y critica de las cosas; algo que me identifica es el amor que tengo por la música y sus distintos géneros, en general para mi siempre existe algo nuevo que escuchar y me identifico mucho con el Jazz.
Crecí con la riqueza de una familia grande, muchos primos aunque una sola hermana, siempre desde pequeña me enseñaron a respetar y amar lo que nos rodea y en mayor medida el amor por los animales que creo que es algo que dice mucho de una persona, para mi si una persona es buena con los animales es algo que me da una idea de como puede ser esa persona (por supuesto no todo el tiempo); pero siento que son seres indefensos que no pueden defenderse; por lo que hoy en día tengo una perrita rescatada y dos gatitos que también fueron rescatados de las calles.
English: Since I was a child I have learned love for what surrounds us, that is why I chose my career because there is always the possibility of making the world better, I am a person who always has something to say; but he also spends his time reading and listening to have an objective and critical perspective of things; something that identifies me is the love I have for music and its different genres, in general there is always something new to listen to and I identify a lot with Jazz.
I grew up with the wealth of a large family, many cousins although only one sister, always taught me since childhood how to respect and love what surrounds us and to a greater extent the love for animals that I think is something that says a lot about a person, for me if a person is good with animals is something that gives me an idea of how that person can be (of course not all the time); but I feel that they are helpless beings that can not defend themselves; so today I have a rescued dog and two kittens that were also rescued from the streets.
Existen muchas cosas que me apasionan, y creo que una de esas es cocinar, a pesar de que jamas he hecho un curso de cocina o repostería; es algo que de verdad me encanta y me sale muy bien, siempre invento platos y recetas que terminan quedando geniales y también me he atrevido a hacer platos conocidos como sushi o pastas; se me da un poco mejor la comida de sal que la repostería, pero siempre estoy intentando innovar y tratar de hacer nuevas comidas.
English: There are many things that I love, and I think one of those is cooking, even though I have never done a cooking course or baking; it's something that I really love and I get it very well, I always invent dishes and recipes that end up being great and I've also dared to make dishes known as sushi or pasta; I'm a bit better at salt food than pastry, but I'm always trying to innovate and try to make new foods.
Me fascina la fotografía pese a que en este momento no cuento con una buena cámara, hago todos los intentos para captar los mejores momentos y atesorarlos en el baúl de los recueros, a mucha gente le molesta que las personas a veces tomen tantas fotografías, pero una vez que ven las fotos y recuerdas el preciso momento en el que "eso" sucedió y se les dibuja una sonrisa para mi vale la pena, además de la fotografía normal también me encantaría aprender más sobre astro-fotografía; ya que la astronomía me encanta, y de echo tengo un par de telescopios en casa que uso junto a mi padre, el es la persona que me ha enseñado esta hermosa ciencia.

Logre trabajar en un café por dos años, en el que aprendí mucho sobre Barismo que es el arte sobre el conocimiento del café, y le agarre mucho cariño a este arte, hoy en día puedo decir que ya soy capaz de dedicarme a una tarea como esta; por supuesto profundizando más,pues es un tema que requiere de mucho conocimiento y años de practica.
English: I managed to work in a café for two years, in which I learned a lot about Barismo, which is the art of coffee knowledge, and I took a lot of affection for this art, today I can say that I am already capable of doing a task like this; Of course deepening more, it is a subject that requires much knowledge and years of practice.
Para mi la vida es una sucesión de momentos que hay que disfrutar, porque nunca vuelven y hay que aprender y gozar de ellos, sonreír y caerse; pero siempre levantarse, no dejar que las adversidades nos corrompan, creo que la crisis en mi país a agudizado ese sentido de supervivencia en mi, hoy en día aprecio mas los pequeños momentos y las pequeñas cosas que me hacen sonreír, he aprendido a disfrutar mucho más del paisaje.
English: For me life is a succession of moments that must be enjoyed, because they never come back and you have to learn and enjoy them, smile and fall; but always get up, not let adversities corrupt us, I think the crisis in my country has sharpened that sense of survival in me, today I appreciate more the little moments and the little things that make me smile, I've learned to enjoy a lot more of the landscape.
